k... today sy kongsi cara wat sos kepok lekor terengganu mari....seperti yang telah dijanjikan
Bahan Utama :
- Cili kering yang yang direbus dan di kisar...( Anggaran 10 sudu besar cili dah dikisar tadi )
- 1/2 keping nisam @ gula melaka @ 2kpg Nisam Siam
- 4 sudu besar Gula pasir
- 1/4 cawan air Asam Jawa
- Ajinomoto
- Garam
- 1 cawan air panas
- 1 sudu kecil minyak masak
Cara Memasak sos ....
- Panaskan dan larutkan 1 cawan air panas bersama 1/2 keping nisam @ gula melaka @ 2kpg Nisam Siam.
- Masukkan Cili kisar tadi dalam larutan gula..
- Masukkan air asam jawa...
- Biarkan larutan sos tadi likat
- Masukkan garam dan ajinomoto
- akhirnya masuk minyak masak...

Main Ingredients:
- Dried chillies which are boiled and milled ... (Budget 10 tablespoons chili blended dah)
- 1/2 slices of brown sugar nisam @ Siam @ 2kpg Bili
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 1/4 cup tamarind water
- Ajinomoto
- salt
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tsp cooking oil
How to cook the sauce ....
- Heat and dissolve 1 cup of hot water with 1/2 slice sugar nisam @ Siam @ 2kpg Bili.
- Enter Chili grind earlier in the sugar solution ..
- Put tamarind ...
- Let the sauce was a viscous solution
- Add salt and Ajinomoto
- finally got cooking oil ...
