    SOS KEPOK LEKOR...TERENGGANU MARI...

    salam dan selamat sejahtera..

    Smlm tak dapat entry pepe bahan sebab internet down...
    k... today sy kongsi cara wat sos kepok lekor terengganu mari....seperti yang telah dijanjikan

    Bahan Utama :
    1.  Cili kering yang yang direbus dan di kisar...( Anggaran 10 sudu besar cili dah dikisar tadi )
    2. 1/2 keping nisam @ gula melaka @ 2kpg Nisam Siam
    3. 4 sudu besar Gula pasir
    4. 1/4 cawan air Asam Jawa
    5. Ajinomoto
    6. Garam
    7. 1 cawan air panas
    8. 1 sudu kecil minyak masak
    Cara Memasak sos ....
    1. Panaskan dan larutkan 1 cawan air panas bersama 1/2 keping nisam @ gula melaka @ 2kpg Nisam Siam. 
    2. Masukkan Cili kisar tadi dalam larutan gula..
    3. Masukkan air asam jawa...
    4. Biarkan larutan sos tadi likat
    5. Masukkan garam dan ajinomoto
    6. akhirnya masuk minyak masak...
    SeLAMAT MENCUBA...

    Main Ingredients:

    1.   Dried chillies which are boiled and milled ... (Budget 10 tablespoons chili blended dah)
    2. 1/2 slices of brown sugar nisam @ Siam @ 2kpg Bili
    3. 4 tbsp caster sugar
    4. 1/4 cup tamarind water
    5. Ajinomoto
    6. salt
    7. 1 cup hot water
    8. 1 tsp cooking oil

    How to cook the sauce ....

    1. Heat and dissolve 1 cup of hot water with 1/2 slice sugar nisam @ Siam @ 2kpg Bili.
    2. Enter Chili grind earlier in the sugar solution ..
    3. Put tamarind ...
    4. Let the sauce was a viscous solution
    5. Add salt and Ajinomoto
    6. finally got cooking oil ...
